How I may be able to help

Over the years I have worked with numerous clients to help them devise strategies, processes and solutions that reduce the risk related to workplace health. I am adept at recognising where risks may lie and what possible solutions may exist.

Sometimes I am able to bring personal expertise to solve the problem – but where this is not the case I have a network of trusted professionals to whom clients can be introduced.

Everything starts with an informal discovery meeting. It comes at no charge. I’ll explore with you precisely what your objectives are and where you may be encountering problems. One reason organisations are sometimes dissatisfied with consulting work is that insufficient attention has been given to what the work is seeking to achieve. I will be straightforward about what can and cannot be delivered and try to make alternative suggestions where necessary – for example, if and how research could be conducted to get the best actionable results.

If I believe that myself, or one of my associates, can help, you will receive a formal written proposal, a full specification of what we will be doing together with desired outcomes, the timetable and costs. We can work on a time cost basis with agreed hourly rates or on a fixed cost per project.
